You all know we love small businesses and we love to support them as much as possible and in anyway we can!  Amanda, the most creative mama, and the lovely lady behind H&H, makes each pair of moccasins by hand, in her home.  She is inspired by her daughter, Happy, and is always looking for ways to improve her designs.  I follow H&H on Instagram(you should too!), where I get all the behind the scenes on the company and I feel like Amanda has something new and creative out every week.  She is always working on something new and I love that about her moccasins - each one is unique and different and unlike anything else out there.  I wonder what she has up her sleeve next, after seeing these bear claw moccasins the other day?  :)

We recently received one of H&H's latest and CUTEST projects, the "fox moccs".  They literally leave the shop as soon as they enter.  We were lucky to receive some and I love the way they look on my little ones feet.  So does everyone else; we get compliments on these moccasins every time we wear them out!

We are so excited to share our sweet partners with you today.  I have had the pleasure of chatting back and forth with Ryan and I stand in awe of his passion for this line and all that they are creating this brand to be.

AXL is a small company with their office based in San Francisco.  AXL is available on their own website, along with a variety of other online retailers and many small boutiques across the country.  We love that everything is made right in their home town - It's a wonderful way to utilize the amazing craftspeople we have here in the US and to contribute to our local economy.

The uniqueness of this brands colors are phenomenal, in fact, it is so unique that the colors are completely custom dyed in their signature colors - Storm and Fog.  We are huge fans of basic colors with a pop of bright beautiful colors, it really allows for the items to have a variety of outfit options.  AXL is currently producing new colors for SS14 and AW14, as well as developing stripes and prints into their basics.  We are dying to see all they have in store and cannot wait to get our hands on some!

+tagless (nothing rubs the neck)

+flat lock stitching (better surface to lay upon)

+no ribbed cuffs at sleeves and legs (didn't want them like rubber bands at the ends for the chubbiest)

 +slimmer fitting (for layering and freedom of movement)

These features are really important to me as a Mama.  I know you know what I'm talking about if you have children of your own.  You are always wanting your babies to be comfortable and happy.

Anarkid is design inspired baby wear that aims to create structure into the chaos of baby hood. Colour, shape, type, simple lines, and made with 100% GOTS certified organic cotton and printed with organic vegetable dye.

We were pretty pumped when we happened upon the stunning brand; Anarkid.  And of course we were psyched when we got our hands on one of their delicious onesies.  The graphic designs, structure and simplicity behind this brand is one-of-a-kind.  I feel like there is so much more to this onesie than just a onesie...  For one, when Silas wears his, I know he's wearing the best.  The comfort and softness of the material is delectable.  For two, I have to chuckle every time I read "milk addict", because I can't think of anything this little guy likes to do more than eat!  And for three, it just completes any outfit.  Even though onesies can be worn under items, this is just too good to cover up, so when Silas wears his, I create a way to make it pop and become the staple piece of his outfit.

We partnered up with such a sweet little shop this month - Never Grow Up.  We discovered them on Instagram and I really enjoy following their feed for outfit inspirations for my littles.  It was actually via their IG feed that I came across the lovely brand, Mon Marcel.  Mon Marcel creates the most beautiful knits using only the finest natural products and they are SO SOFT!  Silas' cardigan and leggings(pictured above and below) are both Mon Marcel and both have cashmere in the materials!  You can find both items at Never Grow Up, along with lots of other cutesy items!

I recently shared my favorite winter booties for Silas, because as we are going through this "socks must come off" stage, it's important for us to find items that stay on and keep those little piggies warm!  So these sweet footed-leggings have become a staple piece in Silas' wardrobe as of late.  Actually the cardigan has too!  It goes with everything...  You can dress it up or dress it down and it's such a soft, thick layer that you could even substitute as a coat, which we have done a lot already!  Never Grow Up has these leggings in multiple colors and the cardigan in blue and cream.  (Word is they are going fast, so if you want them, run!)

Silas also turned 5 months over the holiday's and I just have to document this month, because it's been a month full of FIRSTS for my sweet little big boy!  Silas has learned to roll over from back to stomach, sit up(mostly by himself), and he found his sweet little piggies!  We recently had a doctor visit due to Silas' (also first) sickness and he weighed in at a whopping 17lbs 11ozs!  It's crazy how much weight a baby can pack on just from nursing!  And I thought Everly was a chunker?...
